'Shabbat Dinner' highlighted by head programmer at Tribeca Film Festival!

Michael Morgenstern's short film Shabbat Dinner received a unique recognition.

Sharon Badal, the Head of Short Film Programming at the prestigious TriBeCa Film Festival curates a weekly series, "Sharon's Shorts" in which she shares a short film that she thinks deserves a bigger audience.

Although Shabbat Dinner is not screening in competition at the TFF, this is the second film I've appeared in that has been partnered with Tribeca Film Fest The first, Storm Up the Sky co-starring Richard Masur in 2011.

"With striking cinematography and long, winding takes, Michael Morgenstern's Shabbat Dinner is about growing up, coming out, and the dysfunction of family dinner."
